1.Do the glasses have UV protection?
Yes.The wavelength of the ultraviolet light is under 400nm.Our blue light blocking glasses can effectively block 100% UVA & UVB & UVC rays.
2.Are all blue light harmful?
No.The wavelength of the blue light is between 400nm and 480nm.But not all blue light is harmful.Blue light with the wavelength between 400nm and 450nm is really harmful.While blue light with the wavelength between 450nm and 480nm plays a role in adjusting the biological system and it is beneficial for us.
3.Is it better to block more blue light?
No.As we mentioned above,blue light with the wavelength between 450nm and 480nm is beneficial for us. Meanwhile,Blue is one of the three primary colors(RGB). Blocking blue light too high will affect the resolution of blue by our naked eyes, thus affecting our life or work.
